How long will delivery take to a UK address?
1–2 working days. All UK orders will be sent out from a UK stockist.
How can I make a wholesale purchase?
Sign up as a wholesaler by clicking the link in the header on the website. If your account is approved you will be able to see whole prices and delivery times for all products.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and numerous cryptocurrencies.
Can I collect my order in person?
No, we only send out orders via post.
My order has not arrived?
All orders are sent with tracking. If there is an issue with your order and we can see it on the tracking, we will reship the order free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship individual products internationally, however wholesale shipping is currently only available to UK customers.
Can I get a discount code?
If you sign up to the monthly newsletter we will email discount codes every month.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No, our products do not require a prescription.
I am a large wholesaler/influencer, can you send me a free sample?

You must have a significant sales history with us before being granted premium membership. It is not available to new customers.
